My name is Mark Christopher. I’ve lived and worked in Hertfordshire most of my life and my children go to local schools.
I set up QRS Improve after experiencing disappointment with building work on my own family home.
As a business owner with over 20 years of experience in the trades and project management, I decided to establish a home maintenance, improvement and building company that I would trust to work in my own family home, providing all the services and help homeowners like you and I want and expect.
QRS stands for Quality, Reliability and Service because these are the values I want in my local home maintenance, improvement and building company.
Quality means we only employ trained, qualified and skilled tradespeople who we would trust to work in our own home, taking pride and care in our work to improve your home.
Reliability means we provide you with transparent pricing and a schedule of work, and that we work hard to keep to the plans we agree with you.
Service means we work in collaboration with you to plan and deliver your home maintenance and improvement project. As you would hope, we are friendly, helpful, professional and polite, maintaining a clean workplace and considerate to your neighbours limiting noise and mess.
In short, when we work in your home, we treat it like our own, making sure that both you and ourselves are satisfied with the outcome.
Our Guarantee
All our work is insured and guaranteed. 20+ years of experience and skilled tradespeople mean we can guarantee the work we do for you with confidence. We guarantee all our work for at least one year, which means we will come back and rectify any problems. We can also provide insurance backed guarantees for structural work for up to 10 years.
All our work is personally project managed and quality assured by myself to make sure the work is done to the same standard as I would expect in my own family home.
